About Spenser

Spenser Molloy is the managing broker and broker/owner of NextHome Modern Realty in West Lebanon, New Hampshire, serving residential buyers, sellers, investors, vacation-home clients, and short-term rental property owners across New Hampshire and Vermont. An Upper Valley native, Spenser combines local market knowledge, financial insight, entrepreneurship, and property management experience to help clients make clear, confident real estate decisions.

Before founding NextHome Modern Realty, Spenser launched and managed Sunapee Vacation Rentals, where he developed firsthand experience in property management, short-term rentals, client service, and investment-oriented real estate. His background gives buyers and sellers a practical understanding of pricing, market demand, property use, rental potential, and long-term ownership strategy.

Spenser earned a degree in Corporate Finance/Economics with a minor in Real Estate Management from Nichols College. That financial foundation supports his work with residential buyers and sellers, as well as clients evaluating second homes, vacation homes, investment properties, and select commercial real estate opportunities.

Working alongside Brian Molloy, Spenser helps lead NextHome Modern Realty with a people-first approach guided by NextHome’s “Humans Over Houses” philosophy. His focus is on clear communication, local expertise, thoughtful strategy, and helping clients across the Upper Valley, Lake Sunapee region, New Hampshire, and Vermont make informed real estate decisions.
